I didn’t start with a wireframe. I started with a question: what does someone feel in the first 3 seconds on a real estate homepage?
They need to trust you. And then they need to act.

So the structure came first — from 10+ years of UX instinct:

• A hero banner that immediately captures attention and shows what the company does
• The client comes first — users can act right away: search across 3 categories — buy, sell, or get broker help
• Trust through numbers — real stats that build credibility before the user scrolls
• Top listings one click away
• And more

Micro-animations draw the eye and invite interaction at every step.

It’s knowing what “good” looks like before you generate anything.
